Position Overview
We’re looking for a Content Writer / Social Media Specialist who will create high-quality content and manage multi-platform social media strategies to support brand building, patient engagement, and SEO. This role combines content writing, graphic design support, and social media management to ensure all digital communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and clinic teams to produce patient-friendly dental content, manage posting schedules, support SEO initiatives, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Employment Details
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Hybrid (1–3x a week onsite depending on period/task demand)
Total Hours per Week: 44.5 hours
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
This role is primarily Hybrid . During the first month (training period), you will be required to report onsite at least 3 days per week to ensure effective onboarding, including training on marketing strategies, workflows, and task assignments.
After the training period, onsite attendance will be reduced to 1–2 days per week, depending on workload and task demands.
Travel Requirement
Because this role supports an international client, the candidate must:
Have a valid passport, and
Be willing to travel to Singapore for potential meetings, content requirements, or training sessions as needed.
(Travel is not frequent, but may be required occasionally.)
Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation (Website, Blogs, Marketing Materials)
Writing Responsibilities
Create clear, accurate, and patient-friendly content about dental services (implants, Invisalign, braces, etc.)
Write blog articles aligned with SEO keywords and campaigns.
Produce content aligned with E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness).
Develop website landing pages, FAQs, service pages, and clinic information pages.
Content Quality Skills
Simplify medical/dental terminology for general audiences.
Write in a warm, professional, and trustworthy tone.
Tailor content for different audience types (parents, first-time patients, teens, etc.).
Graphic Design & Multimedia Support
Create social media graphics and educational visuals.
Perform basic video editing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Design brochures, info sheets, and marketing banners.
Social Media Management
Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Schedule posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Engage with comments and basic inquiries (as permitted by clinic policies).
SEO Alignment
Ensure all written content targets relevant strategic keywords.
Follow proper on-page SEO structure (headers, formatting, metadata).
Prepare content briefs and captions based on SEO tools and insights.
Market & Competitor Research
Monitor competitor clinics’ content, engagement styles, and promotions.
Identify trending dental topics (e.g., “Invisalign vs Braces,” “Dental Implants Cost SG”).
Recommend new content ideas or campaigns based on insights.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, clicks, saves, shares.
Identify content that generates patient inquiries or conversions.
Recommend improvements or new strategies based on data.
Skills & Qualifications
Writing
Strong grammar
Clear, conversational English
Experience writing for healthcare (bonus)
Design
Canva or Adobe
Knowledge of brand aesthetics
Ability to create clean, modern layouts
Social Media
Knows trending format
Able to plan content calendar
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube algorithms
