Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Full Stack Web Developer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain web applications, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. This role requires solid experience across front-end and back-end technologies, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to best practices in testing, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities - Full Stack Web Developer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces and ensure consistent user experiences across browsers and devices.

• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs, integrate with databases, third-party services, and internal systems.

• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation and automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).

• Participate in architecture and design discussions; propose improvements to application structure, performance, and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver features on schedule and with high quality.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.

• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and participate in team learning activities and technical reviews.

• Maintain awareness of emerging web technologies and industry trends; evaluate and recommend appropriate adoption.

Required Qualifications - Full Stack Web Developer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with both front-end and back-end responsibilities.

• Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (for example React, Vue, or Angular) and related tooling.

• Experience building server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or similar back-end technologies.

• Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (for example PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and query optimization.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL, authentication and authorization patterns, and web security best practices.

• Experience with version control systems (for example Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.

• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications - Full Stack Web Developer

• Experience with cloud platforms and services (for example AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (for example Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with TypeScript, serverless architectures, and infrastructure as code (for example Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Experience with performance tuning, observability tools, and incident response processes.

• Background in designing scalable systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a public portfolio of web applications.
