Quality Control: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure audit-ready accuracy.
Process Improvement: Streamline workflows to keep the department running smoothly.
Who You Are
Must-Have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience: 4–6 years of general accounting experience (the 'sweet spot' for technical mastery).
Mindset: You are a natural teacher who takes pride in a perfectly balanced ledger.
