Position Overview:
The SaaS Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear requirements to support SaaS product development and operational efficiency. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions align with business objectives. This position also reviews existing processes, develops optimization strategies, prioritizes initiatives based on business value, and communicates insights and recommendations to management to drive effective and scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, or functional documentation for product and engineering teams.

• Lead requirement analysis and ensure alignment between business objectives and SaaS product capabilities.

• Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define acceptable solutions.

• Prepare and maintain documentation including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.

• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.

• Produce reports, analysis, and presentations to support business decision-making.

• Prioritize initiatives and enhancements based on business impact and strategic priorities.

• Maintain awareness of SaaS industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to support business strategy.

• Ensure implemented solutions effectively address business needs and deliver measurable value.

• Qualifications:
  A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

• Maximum 35 years old

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Business Analysis in SaaS Industries

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
