We are expanding our Microsoft 365 practice and seek a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer who is certified, technically strong, and experienced delivering enterprise-grade collaboration, automation, and cloud solutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer to lead design, development, and delivery of solutions across Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph. The role requires proven experience in enterprise deployments, strong architectural skills, and active Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, AZ-204 or equivalent). The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead full lifecycle development of Microsoft 365 solutions: requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

2. Design and implement custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, extensions, and customizations following best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.

3. Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and serverless patterns to connect Microsoft 365 with internal systems and third-party services.

4. Design and build Power Platform solutions, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps, complex Power Automate flows, and custom connectors when required.

5. Develop secure authentication and authorization solutions leveraging Azure AD, managed identities, OAuth2, and conditional access policies.

6. Implement governance, lifecycle management, and DevOps practices for Microsoft 365 artifacts using CLI, PowerShell, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

7. Create reusable components, libraries, and deployment templates (ARM/Bicep) to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency across projects.

8. Drive technical design reviews, provide mentorship to developers, and lead troubleshooting for complex production incidents.

9. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and data protection requirements.

10. Define and execute testing and validation plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and support migration and cutover activities.

Qualifications:

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

2. Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing solutions on Microsoft enterprise platforms, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Demonstrated track record delivering end-to-end enterprise projects and successful production rollouts.

3. Certifications (Required)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate

• Recommended: AZ-204 (Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure) or equivalent Azure development certification

• Additional Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications are a plus.

4. Core Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proficient in SPFx (React/TypeScript), modern JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Functions, and serverless architecture.

• Cloud & Identity: Strong understanding of Azure AD, OAuth2, MSAL, application registration, and security best practices for cloud-native apps.

• DevOps & Automation: Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and automated testing.

• Architectural Mindset: Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions; translate business requirements into technical designs; and produce clear documentation.

• Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance, ALM for SharePoint and Power Platform, data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, and compliance controls.

• Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience leading technical teams or initiatives.
