Position Overview
The PPC Specialist will design, implement, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for dental and hospitality clients. This role requires hands‑on campaign management across platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta), strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable optimization strategies. The PPC Specialist will work closely with account managers, creatives, and analytics to deliver efficient customer acquisition, increase lead volume, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms tailored to dental and hospitality client goals.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy implementation to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.

Set up and maintain tracking: configure conversion actions, UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager tags, and ensure accurate measurement in Google Analytics/GA4 and client reporting tools.

Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends and anomalies, and execute optimizations to meet KPI targets such as CPL (cost per lead), CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROAS.

Develop and deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients; present recommendations for budget allocation and creative changes.

Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to develop landing page recommendations, ad creatives, and promotional strategies that improve conversion rates.

Perform A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages; document results and integrate successful learnings into campaign workflows.

Manage monthly budget pacing, forecast spend, and recommend reallocation to higher performing campaigns or channels.

Stay current on platform updates, bidding algorithms, and industry best practices; recommend new tools or tactics to enhance performance and scalability.

Maintain accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of hands‑on PPC experience managing search and social campaigns; experience with dental or hospitality clients preferred but not required.

Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis, reporting, and modeling.

Experience setting up and validating conversion tracking and attribution models; familiarity with CRM integration and lead tracking is a plus.

Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and communicate results to non‑technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and experience running experiments to improve ad and landing page performance.

Detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are desirable.
