Position Overview:
The Mandarin Marketing Assistant will assist the company in marketing promotion, customer maintenance, and sales support in the Singapore and Malaysia markets. You will serve as an important bridge connecting customers with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis

• Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor dynamics in Singapore and Malaysia

• Cooperate in formulating regional sales and promotion strategies

1. Customer Maintenance

• Be responsible for daily communication and relationship maintenance with customers in the Singapore and Malaysia regions

• Improve customer satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty

3. Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and target follow-up

• Participate in team training and sales support work

4. Data Reporting

• Compile sales data and write performance reports

• Provide timely feedback on market dynamics and customer needs

5. Market Expansion

• Assist in developing target customers and implementing marketing promotion plans

• Regularly follow up on customer needs to increase conversion rate

Qualifications:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate smoothly with clients

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to marketing, business, trade or related majors

• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or customer service. Candidates with experience in the Singapore and Malaysia markets are preferred

• Professional Skills: Familiar with marketing promotion and customer maintenance processes, with basic data processing capabilities
