Position Overview:
The Mandarin Retail Sales Associate is responsibilities will include customer reception, product sales, customer maintenance, and daily operational support. You will be the key communicator of the company's brand image and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Achievement
Actively greet customers who come to the store, and use professional sales techniques to introduce Confucianism courses, Feng Shui services, and related cultural products
Deeply explore customer needs and complete individual and team sales targets
2. Customer Service Assurance
Respond to customer inquiries, reservations, and post-sale follow-ups with a warm and generous attitude
Answer customer questions, handle simple requests, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase intention
3.Inventory and Display Management
Be responsible for the registration of product entries and exits in the store, conduct regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between records and actual inventory
Optimize product displays based on product characteristics and sales needs, and enhance the visual appeal of the store
4. Multilingual Communication Coordination
Proficiently use Chinese, English, and Malay to communicate with customers, accurately convey the value of products/services
Adapttothediverse needs of local customer groups, and improve communication efficiency and customer experience
5. Daily Store Assistance
Cooperate with the store manager to complete daily tasks such as store cleaning, material organization, and execution of promotional activities
Maintain the orderly operation of the store and create a comfortable shopping environment
6. Compliance with Company Policies
Strictly abide by the company's sales norms, confidentiality requirements, and store management regulations
Actively maintain the brand image
Qualification
1. Nationality
Local Malaysian, familiar with the local market and cultural environment in Kuala Lumpur
2. Work Experience
1-2 years or more of sales experience, preferred with experience in retail or service industries
Master basic sales skills, possess good customer communication ability
3. Language Skills
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Capable of proficiently using the three languages for customer communication and work coordination
5. Professional Skills
Excellent oral communication skills, clear and fluent expression, good at identifying customer needs
Have certain appreciation for beauty, able to independently complete product display optimization
Have basic inventory management awareness and practical skills
6. Quality Requirements
Work seriously and responsibly, with strong sense of responsibility, high loyalty
Warm and generous in service, excellent stress resistance, possess good teamwork spirit
