We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to support a local Filipino account, engaging exclusively with Filipino customers.

Position Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for handling sales interactions with Filipino customers through calls, chats, or other assigned channels. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, clearly explaining products or services, and closing sales while delivering a positive and respectful customer experience.

The position is ideal for Philippine-based talent with strong Filipino communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, and an interest in sales—even without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound sales interactions with local Filipino customers

• Present and explain products, services, pricing, and promotions in clear and conversational Filipino (Tagalog)

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Apply effective sales techniques to address objections and close deals

• Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Accurately record customer information and sales transactions in company systems

• Follow approved sales scripts, compliance standards, and data privacy policies

• Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate

• Must be Philippine-based talent

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required

• Strong verbal communication skills in Filipino (Tagalog)

• Average or basic English skills are acceptable

• Fluent or exemplary English is not required, as customers are Filipino and local-based

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems and processes

• Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused attitude
