Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HRBP Manager to support business leaders in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role will act as a trusted partner to drive people strategies aligned with business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support rapid growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
Manage employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support change management initiatives in a dynamic and evolving fintech environment.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and manpower planning.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Support compensation and benefits programs in alignment with market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP or managerial role.
Industry Context: Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Leadership: Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders; strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments.
Exposure to regional or global HR operations.
Background in data-driven HR or HR analytics.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are an advantage.
