Position Overview

The PQE Engineer will ensure product and process quality through proactive quality engineering, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems, conducting root-cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and supporting product transfer and validation activities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and related quality documentation.

• Apply quality tools (e.g., QC 7 tools) for problem analysis, drive issue closure, and continuous improvement

• Monitor key quality KPIs, perform data analysis, and define improvement actions.

• Participate in new product, new process, and new material introduction validation to ensure mass production quality stability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years years in the same field

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields.

• English working proficiency is required

• Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality management systems; solid quality control foundation.

• Proficient in quality tools (QC 7 tools, FMEA, SPC) with practical application experience.

• Local Indonesians or Chinese citizen willing to relocate

• Strong data analysis and independent problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
