Position Overview

The PMC Senior Supervisor will lead production planning and material control activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing production scheduling, inventory management, demand forecasting, and coordination across production, procurement, and logistics teams. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in driving process improvements, supplier coordination, and cross-functional problem solving to meet customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall control and management of production planning and material procurement planning.

• Develop and execute MPS/MRP plans to ensure production-sales balance and smooth production.

• Reasonably manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and obsolescence risks.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse to ensure material supply

• Track order delivery to ensure on-time deliver

• Optimize planning and supply chain processes to improve response efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ in the related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Proven ability to manage inventory, improve planning accuracy, and resolve supply constraints in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• English working proficiency is required..

Location: Onsite, Malang - East Java, Indonesia (willing to relocate)
