Position Overview

The Warehouse Senior Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, optimizing storage and picking processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with logistics, procurement, and production teams. The successful candidate will be safety-minded, process-oriented, and experienced in leading teams to meet service levels and continuous improvement targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall warehouse operations management (receiving, storage, issuing)

• Control inventory accuracy (book vs. physical) and manage monthly cycle counts

• Implement FIFO and batch management (especially for shelf-life materials).

• Manage warehouse site (6S, safety, standardized operations)

• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency

• Manage warehouse team and improve execution capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

• Associate degree or above (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

• Experience in inventory control and batch management.

• Tobacco/food/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, forklift/warehouse equipment operation, and workplace ergonomics.

• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• English working proficiency is required.

• Local Indonesians, or ethnic Chinese with legal work status in Indonesia

Location: Onsite, Malang - East Java, Indonesia (willing to relocate)
