Position Overview

We are seeking highly analytical and results-driven Project Manager (Implementer / Senior Implementer / Implementation Manager) to support complex CAPEX, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects. In this role, you will work directly with senior stakeholders and client teams to challenge traditional project management approaches, design simplified execution plans, and drive faster project delivery.

You will play a critical role in helping organizations achieve ambitious targets through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring in high-impact environments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth business and project analysis to define ambitious targets and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.

• Project Planning & Design: Develop simple, structured, and effective project plans that enable accelerated timelines and improved execution performance.

• Execution & Control Frameworks: Design and implement project execution and monitoring systems to ensure alignment with timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage closely with senior leadership (e.g., CEOs, COOs, Founders) to review progress, address risks, and drive decision-making.

• Coaching & Capability Building: Guide project teams and executives to focus on critical priorities, solve key constraints, and maintain project momentum under challenging conditions.

• Decision Enablement: Drive and influence critical decisions, including those that challenge conventional project methodologies, to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in traditional project workflows and introduce innovative, simplified approaches to improve delivery speed and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / BE) from a reputable institution MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is highly preferred

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, management consulting, or operations management Exposure to EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in complex environments

• High level of initiative, resilience, and results orientation
