About the Role
Our client, an AI data center operator in Jakarta, is looking for Spare Parts / Warehouse Setup Leads to establish and manage the spare-parts operation supporting its technical infrastructure.
You will set up inventory models, secure storage procedures, stock controls, serial tracking, and OEM return workflows to ensure critical equipment and replacement parts are available when needed.
What You’ll Do
Establish spare-parts inventory models, stock forecasting, and minimum/maximum stock levels.
Set up secure storage, serial number tracking, chain-of-custody procedures, and inventory controls.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
Manage warranty claims, OEM return merchandise authorization (RMA), and replacement workflows.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, logistics providers, and technical operations teams.
Monitor stock availability and replenishment requirements for critical equipment.
Maintain inventory documentation and audit records.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in technical logistics, data center inventory, warehouse operations, or asset management.
Experience with asset management systems, stock forecasting, secure storage, and inventory controls.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, audit procedures, and serial tracking.
Experience handling warranty claims, RMA processing, and vendor coordination.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English (mandatory). Mandarin is preferred for coordination with logistics partners and vendors.
